Andrea (Andie) is an Arizona attorney who focuses her practice on general liability and construction defect defense. She represents clients in complex civil litigation and brings a thoughtful, practical approach to navigating disputes from the early stages of a claim through resolution.
Andie has extensive experience defending and managing litigation matters involving general liability, personal injury, construction defect, medical malpractice, and professional liability. Before returning to private practice, Andie served as in-house counsel for the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS), where she represented the Agency in administrative hearings, negotiated claim dispute settlements, prepared final administrative decisions, conducted investigations, and supervised attorneys and staff. This experience strengthened her ability to analyze complicated factual and legal issues, manage competing interests, and advocate effectively in contested matters.
Andie's background also includes significant experience in health and administrative law, including teaching public health and administrative law at the University of Arizona College of Public Health. She earned her Juris Doctor with a Health Law Certificate and her Master of Public Health from the University of Arizona.
Andie is admitted to practice in Arizona and is committed to providing clients with responsive, strategic, and practical representation throughout the litigation process. Outside of work, Andie enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, traveling, watching Gonzaga basketball, and walking her Boston Terrier Ernie.
