Guerrero Huff Law Group is proud to announce Marcus McGillivray as our newest partner. Since joining the firm, Marcus has demonstrated exceptional legal skill, client advocacy, and a strategic approach to litigation.
A graduate of the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at ASU, Marcus has over five years of experience in civil litigation, with a focus on insurance defense and complex construction defect cases. He has represented general contractors and developers in high-stakes disputes and has successfully handled commercial transportation, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, subrogation, and contract matters.
Marcus’ litigation background includes first-chair trial experience, appeals, motion practice, and mediations. Before transitioning to civil litigation, he built a strong foundation in criminal defense, reinforcing his client-focused approach.
